Landmark Health Systems is seeking two experienced LMHC, LMSW, LCSW or LCSW-R to provide intake assessments and counseling services for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. This is a full-time position.

Minimum Requirements Include:

• Master’s from a college or university with an accredited Mental Health Counseling or Social Work program

• Active licensure to practice within NYS without restrictions

• Eligible for credentialing

• Two years of experience as a licensed clinician in a medical, mental health or substance abuse treatment setting

• Able to work collaboratively with other Landmark Health Systems providers, office staff, and community-based agencies

• Must have positive attitude and a genuine regard for patients seeking treatment for mental health and substance abuse concerns

• Three professional references, upon request
