About Medical Marijuana

New York State has recently approved the use of medical marijuana for the treatment of opioid use disorder, adding to previous diagnoses of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and the list of eligible medical conditions that includes chronic pain and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

Patients who are interested in this treatment will be evaluated by Dr. Masci personally. The fee for certification, evaluation of records, consultation with our clinical pharmacist, and maintenance is $100 twice yearly. Eligible patients will be treated at each appointment in conjunction with a Clinical Pharmacist Consultant (Doctor of Pharmacy) in order to determine the most appropriate THC/CBD ratios and dosing potency. This level of personalized care cannot be found elsewhere in WNY.

As medical marijuana therapy is not currently available through the VA health system, we are proud to offer a 25% discount on all services to Veterans of the United States Armed Forces as well as local first responders.
